Litter Box Sessions: Boagrius - Hand in the Jar

For several months now, my old roommates in Lowell, Massachusetts have been shooting, recording, mixing and mastering live sessions in the basement of our shared apartment building. Not long ago, I was asked to handle the second half of that equation (the mixing and mastering) for two of those sessions, and this video is my favorite of all of the tracks I worked on.

As I stated on my upload of their single Screaming Eyeballs, you can really tell that these guys are playing from the hearts. I was very happy to get a chance to work on their stuff once more.

Boagrius - Screaming Eyeballs

Working on Screaming Eyeballs with Boagrius was basically the last thing I did at UMass Lowell, so it holds a sort of special place in my heart. I actually adore this song, and I had a fantastic time recording, mixing, and mastering it. Boagrius really digs in and plays from the heart, and you can hear that very clearly.
