My favorite dish being a Keralalite is poratta, ek alag emotion hai ye dish for both those who are in & out of Kerala. I am a malayali from delhi whenever I hear there is a South indian restaurant first think I ask is "bhaiya MALABAR POROTTA hai ya ni" Many North Indians mae mistake this as "LACHCHA PARATHA" Both are different.. My favorite combo for Poratta is Chettinad chicken, for me this is the ultimate combo... I also love tea stall poratta and sambar combo main breakfast for some parts of Kerala. . .
