FEELS GOOD TO BE BACK ON THE MAT! . After practicing AT LEAST 3 times a week for around 2 hours (besides teaching) for many many years, I've had quite a long break. Many factors played a role in that break and in many ways it's a shame because I know that I would have benefitted immensely had I continued even through hardships, moving to a new country, pregnancy and being a new mom. But sometimes life comes in the way and for some reason something was blocked between me and my body. I usually tend to trust the process in such cases. I never push. I focused a lot on all the emotion based work I do and I also never stopped meditating. But moving my body became rarer. . Lately I have finally found back the connection to my body. And it feels great! . Now that my favorite Yogi and dearest friend Ben or @healinginthewillows is offering Zoom Sessions I can even participate again in his deep and shamanic sessions. Highly recommended to anyone who wants to go deeper into the roots of tantric yoga. . I also feel that I can integrate the body again more in the sessions with my own clients. Our body remembers everything and stores our traumas even if we have no memory of them. Learning how to connect, move, breathe and heal through the body is one the most effective ways to really release long stored pain. Let me know if you're interested in some yogic healing sessions :) .
