Mind the shitty physique (i’m working on it). Here is my new favourite SHOULDER EXERCISE! One you should definitely give a try! Here is how (video is not the greatest example, I was on like my 6th set, I was pretty fatigued) • Set the rope extension at about sternum height, grab it (palms facing in) and step back. • Straighten your arms out and retract your shoulder blades. • Extend your arms straight up so that they are directly in line and above your head. • Hold and contract for a second to feel your shoulders burn. (Slightly twisting your palms down and elbows out). • Slowly lower & repeat.
