I don't mind when he gets pegged by the female characters but I need him to top with the male ones

Bolinora is my lifeblood... idc that she is like 11 and he is 16 mostly I ship it as her having a little girl crush on him and then when they are adults after Jinora has dated a few boys and girls to try and shake off those feelings for Bolin she asks him out.

and Bolin... oh boy... as they are spending time together Bolin is starting to develop a crush on this girl and he's telling himself it's wrong because she's five years younger than him and it messes him up and after he and Opal date for few years and then they break up and Bolin is slowly reminded of those old feelings again hgdsffdsga...

I love Bolin ♥ Opal and Jinora ♥ Kai too but it kinda feels like Opal and Kai were introduced for no other reason than to be romantic interest you feel???? Like if they'd been introduced and then maybe book 4 they started to show romantic interest in each other it would have felt better if that makes sense?

What Do Bolinora Fans Think of Kainora/Bopal?

I mean they're basically dating each other through other in a really weird and obscure way. Thank about:

 Kai is exactly like Bolin; •He grew up on living on the streets •He stole from people to survive •He has the same laid back, carefree, and slightly rebellious nature Bolin does •The only noticeable differences are that Kai is an Airbender and closer to Jinora's age As for Opal, she shares similar character traits with Jinora as well; •They've both been pretty sheltered by over)protective parents their whole lives •Both share a shy and gentle personality •Not only are they both Airbenders, but both of naturally talented at using the element. •They even have a similar taste in the opposite gender. Who's to say Opal is better for Bolin than Jinora or Kai is better for Jinora than Bolin? Both sets of characters are extremely similar to the other, so the only major difference is the age gap, which isn't even that big. So hopefully this post will bring a little hope and confidence back to the Bolinora fandom.   But I'm still curious to know what the other Bolinora fans think of these two completely new pairings? Have some of you left to join another ship, do you still have hope for Bolinora, or is anyone actually curious about this? Message me and tell me what you think!

i shipped bolinora and now kai is like a mini bolin and opal is an older jinora SO BOLINORA COULDVE TOTALLY HAPPENED I FUCKING CALLED IT
