im still not sure if silver surfer/shalla-bal is stuck with galactus- I'm no Reed Richards but if she's able to surf faster than light, she can't be stuck with him for long, right? if she was able to escape a black hole and all.
of course, she probably can never return to EARTH again, but she ain't dead or out of action as far as I'm concerned.
