The fact that Mark Pakin actually wrote the dialogue for the BostonNick scene in ofdo 1. makes the lack of NeoMark hurt worse, but more importantly, 2. explains why the characterizations in that scene were nowhere near as mangled as the other pairings from the original series (at least to my perspective)

I hate the fixed-couple concept, I think it's limiting for actors and boring and repetitive for the viewer.

Like an absolute hypocrite, I would do unspeakable things to have Neo and Mark act together again as a couple. Unspeakable things.

That scene made the whole series for me.
