This week is the very last week of the #bosustrong challenge that has inspired me to work on my strength and balance. Before starting the challenge, my goal was to fit more strength training into my workout routine and now that we’re in the final week I plan to keep bustin’ my butt on my BOSU. I couldn’t always make it to the gym (a post surgery puppy at home made that extra difficult) (to the gym/for a trail run/in the pool), but I still kicked butt on my workouts at home!
This week we’re focusing on the things that make us BOSU Strong. Here are the 10 things that make me #BOSUStrong:

I love to get out on the trails for a run and follow it up with some balance & strength work on my BOSU Balance Trainer.
I am inspired to attempt another 100 miler in 2016. Been keeping this on the low-low but ready to announce it to the world.
