Hakushi Hasegawa, singer-songwriter from Japan, offers a wild sonic journey in this third album, Mahōgakkō (Magic School). This half-hour experience show glitches of folktronica, nu jazz, and art pop, creating a meticulously crafted kaleidoscope of sensory-rich rhythmic attacks. The album features chipmunk-pitched voices in a dizzying yet serene soundscape, with percussion textures set to the pace of speed metal. The result is magic.

This has made me realize something important. Well… I think it is because real HEALTH food are not as in demand as processed food. Yes, processed food are cheap. However, treating the ailments that you might get from them is not.

You can have real food in less expensive ways. You can grow vegetables and herbs in your own place. You can grow them either in a garden at your own backyard or in pots that you can place near the kitchen. To lower the sodium content in your dish, use fresh herbs instead of salt. Buy locally grown food items. However, make sure that those food items are not genetically modified. If you are not sure that your local markets are not selling genetically modified food, it wouldn't hurt to do some research. Stay healthy. 😊

Eating right means eating healthy food such as whole grains, fruits and vegetables, and lean meats. You will be healthier and feel better (and look better) about your self if you eat right. 

You need to eat a specific amount of calories in a day in order to perform your everyday tasks well. This specific amount of calories is computed (by a registered dietitian) in relation to your height, weight, the intensity of your physical activity within the day and medical condition/s (if you have one or some). The total amount of calories can be increased or decreased depending on whether you have to gain or lose weight. 

The nutrients that you get from food make your body systems function properly. As you go about your daily tasks, the nutrients in your body deplete. That is why the nutrients that you get from these food must be replenished...by eating!

If you eat less than what your body needs, you will only become sick. You will not be able to do the things that you love to do. So.. Love yourself. Eat well. Live well. :) Credit goes to the owner of the image above.

Practice healthy eating. Eat healthy food and eat in moderation. Instead of chips, snack on sandwiches (preferably, those with lean meats). Eat fresh fruits for dessert. You will definitely feel much better. Stay blessed!!!

Hey! Here is a household tip for you. Fabrics, especially high-quality ones, should be cleaned the right way so that we can use them longer. Knowing how frequent you should wash them will help you conserve electricity and water. Thus, you can utilize your money for something more important than paying bills. Of course, if the fabric gets too dirty, even if you have only used them one time, you have to wash it immediately. :)

Love your self. Eat healthy. Eat more whole grains, lean meats, and fruits and vegetables. Exercise often because it helps rid the body of toxins. 

When you are healthy, you get to enjoy life more. You can react better to unwanted situations. You can do it! ;)
