今日は久しぶりにwhole-wheat の小麦粉がてに入ったのでパンをつくってみました。今晩のディナーはステーキだからちょうど良かったです。外はカリカリ中はふわふわで美味！

Just got whole-wheat flour today so I made 100%whole wheat dinner roll for the dinner. Went very well with steak and garlicky brocolirabe!!

今日は大量にブロッコリーを消費したいがために、スープにしてみました。材料はいたってシンプルで、ブロッコリー、玉ねぎ、ニンニク、ベジタブルブロス。前日のハンバーグを作る際に少し挽肉を残してあったので、マッシュルーム詰めを付け合わせに。

Wanted to use up tons of broccoli in my fridge so I made a soup for dinner tonight! Very sinple ingredients...broccoli, onion, garlic and veg broth. Stuffed mushroom and salad as side dishes : )

子羊のバルサミコ酢ソースがけにクリーミーなマッシュポテトとブロッコリーニを添えて。柔らかくジューシーに仕上がり大満足 : )

Made rack of lamb with sweet balsamic sauce for dinner tonight!came out very tender and juicy : )
