I Jumped Out of a Plane at 80—And It Changed Everything | Elder Mode

At 80 years young, I did something most men half my age wouldn't dream of doing—I leaped out of a perfectly good airplane from an altitude of 14,000 feet. This video is not about skydiving; it's about showing that age is merely a number and that life does not necessarily end when you reach a particular milestone. From the three doctor tests my physician employed to clear me, to the pounding-in-the-heart experience at the threshold of the open door, to the unexpected health dividends I enjoyed afterward—this journey altered my perception of aging for life.
