Allocate 20min for each segment and perform the following: CARDIO: 20sec activity followed by 10sec rest. Perform each activity in the set, then repeat the set 3x before moving to the next set of exercises: 1: BENCH repeaters, straddle, over-the-top 2: FLOOR skip, high knees, quick feet with push-ups (aka “football drill”) 3: BENCH mountain climbers, kick & dips, plank shoulder taps SCULPT: 1min each exercise for 2 rounds Squat Press Squat Row Burpee Clean & Press Pushups Row with Mountain Climbers Lunge with Lateral Raise Step-up with Biceps Curls Reverse Lunge (rear foot elevated) with Triceps Press CORE: 4 supersets!
