First training sesh with my new kettlebell.
It’s only light but boy do I have no muscle tone. And boy is that brutally obvious. I thought it might be too light to start with as it’s only a bit heavier than my dumbbells combined weight. But obviously not haha. Hopefully soon though I’ll be able to go up a size.

Day 6: Burninator (As Many Reps As Possible)
This workout focuses on leg strength and explosion. This is good for increasing vertical jumping as well as acceleration.
Here’s how it should work:
For each exercise, try to do as many as you can for the 20 seconds.
Use your 10 second break time to move from one workout to the next.
Use your one minute rest to take a drink of water and let your mussels relax… including your heart.
Don’t forget about DIET!!!
