Toxic Bystanding Often Leads To Toxic Exploitation And Toxic Enabling
I honestly believe systems are often broken because the vast majority of witnesses, both in the system and involved around the system, are too afraid of conflict and opening themselves up to people and systems they perceive as more powerful or inherently superior, and thus they do not wish to challenge the more dominant side. I believe this cowardice is illogical, self-destructive, socially destructive, destructive towards communities and all around evil. I believe it’s Toxic Bystanding. But there is also Toxic Exploitation and Toxic Enabling as well that often follows in the wake of Toxic Bystanding. After Instigation, Bystanding, Exploitation and Enabling all occur, the mesh of dishonesty, assumed faux social authority and justification compound the problems of addressing each and every fault and flaw in the system. Thus there nothing to combat systems of Toxic Instigation and Toxic System Justification, as each Toxic Part relies and is supported by the other Toxic forms of Social Toxicity.

"The law relating to safeguarding pupils and cyberbullying can take schools by surprise. The fact that pupils' offending behaviour often takes place in the home does not exonerate school of the clear legal duty to safeguard and protect all pupils and to manage their behaviour both on and off the school premises." I will just, sit here. And watch. Call me horrible, but I don't care anymore.
