Monday 13th September: OuchOuchOuch

While my fucked-up-foot cramps occasionally, and hurts like hell when it does, it’s something I’m well used to.

It’s been a very long time, on the other hand, since I’ve experienced a calf cramp. And I’d forgotten quite how much they can hurt.

In other news, I had a calf cramp a couple of hours ago.

And I with heartfelt regret, apologise to my neighbours for the creative swearing that resulted.

I suspect that the Daily Constitutional ain’t happening today. Now you’ll have to excuse me while I Google “how to freeze your leg while it’s still attached”.

I had a bad calf cramp / Charley horse this morning and my calf is still extremely sore and soo many of my muscles are trying to cramp up.. my legs, arms, back. I took a 4 hour nap, and used a heat wrap, but it seemed to barely help :(

I work the next 3 days, for 8-9 hour standing shifts, so I’m just nervous that my legs will start to spasm or something?? Idk.

I drink water as much as I can, and I’ve had 2 bananas so far.

the last time I had a nocturnal leg cramp in my calf was like ages ago, I can’t even remember how many years ago that was....and tonight I got an excruciating one ughhhh What is my body trying to tell me?

Just got this nasty calf cramp of my life, thought I was dying

The pain!

So when i got out of my fav chair last night to go potty, my left calf cramped up and i nearly fell over, i massaged it to try and release some of the knot. It worked to a degree. Just woke up this morning and !BOOM! My calf is cramped up! Like wtf body, give me a freaking break! Not happy at all.

Guys I have a question.

Calf cramps. How do I stop those. I stretch, but I also get these cramps at the most random times. Like, I went to the gym 2 days ago and I just got one like 10mins ago walking up 2 flights of stairs. I don't understand. What do you guys think?

I had a HORRIBLE calf cramp the other night that woke me up out of my sleep and guess what? I still can’t walk right because my calf refuses to relax and this ishhh hurts. How do I get rid of this?
