Thats it the year over, on November the 5/6th i will be going to the Alaw ward with full amount to see how we can help any families or the ward.... every penny spent all will be uploaded with receipts for everyone!!! Cardiff Half Marathon witness a tragic event on their 15th anniversary as two men collapses and later dies, south wales police confirming the incident.

When you reach for the star 🌟 . We always put a limit or time on things but what if there was no limit or time. Unless you are a runner and want to get your best time what does it matter how long a run takes you? . I have run a few half marathons and if you ask me my times 🤔 My first half was a spur of the moment thing, I had my heart broken and I ran it because I wanted to show myself that I was stronger than my broken heart. My second half was because my body was broken it had been 9 months of hospital stays, chemo, steroids and doctors telling me I couldn’t, shouldn’t be pushing myself and I needed to prove to myself that I could and I did. My third half was with my husband to celebrate that we had just got married that we had made it down the aisle without steroids and to spread awareness of my illness. I then took on the London Marathon for those who were fighting for their lives and a cure for @ovariancanceraction. Ask me the times I finished? No idea but I fucking finished it and for that I am so proud of myself. Take the pressure off, breathe, whether you run, walk or crawl your runs are yours and you are lapping everyone on the sofa and if some wants to judge your time stick your middle finger in the air, because you’re achieving something they don’t understand. . Sara has been with JinFit for, well I am not quite sure as I don’t remember her not being with us and this is what she wanted to say about her Cardiff Half Journey ❤️ . “ I have never been a runner and never will be 😂. 🔥I Love my jinfit classes and this is just a little something I can do to give back to jin for all the hard work she has put in for me to get fitter!!
