ok so i'm just scrolling through your blog (bc it's already awesome) and i found something called space au and hOLY FUCK IT's AMAZING I SPENT THE LAST HOUR LEARNING ABOUT IT THANKS YOU FOR CREATING IT!!!

i had a LOT of help!  which is why i see myself as more of a curator than a creator of the au lmao. so i guess the au is ‘mine’ at this point, but the idea to make it an au technically wasnt! becca was the one to suggest ‘aliens’ from my outfit redesign and then a bunch of us got talking and thus the floodgates were opened lol.

admittedly i did come up with some key headcanons and species/etc designs but a majority of the content for the au came from other people! i have to give credit where it’s due <3

(apologies to the people who i have no idea what you look like lol) 

since then a ton of people have contributed to this! and this is just ppl from off the top of my head; sorry if i left you out! theres also lots of art/etc contributors like @caffeinechick (who has drawn a LOT of au stuff and did some outfit designs for danielle that i have hanging up on my wall 5ever <3) and @ylimegirl who did symbol cleanup and designed jazz’s outfit~

haha yea i had a bunch of things i wanted to draw for this theme and 3/4 of them were space au... i watched a bunch of tinkerbell movies last night tho so i had to draw an aleya since theyre basically space fairies hehe. pictured is askronnymanning‘s aleya-version of their OC ronny, hangin out with sam. i think theyd get along p well :U

this is a bit unpolished but i like how the colors and stuff turned out tho (plus glowy effects are fun hehe)

im just imagining the aleya as an entire race of generally angry tinkerbells lol (even if that’s probably not accurate, its fun to imagine. plus theyd likely get shit for being so small compared to most other space corps species lol)

ok but if i was a not-human i can only see myself as a moanrian information broker/collector/etc from terra ii that works as something of a librarian for space corps (so like similar to sheska from fma?) 

and all i do is hang out in my own little tank bc im like. so not fit for missions except for maybe Feild Experiments like the sorta thing jazz would maybe do, but otherwise mostly stay in the tank in the corps station and occasionally hide away in the corner because that would be suitably meta

Maddie and Jack almost gave up because the only winter clothes he’d wear were scarves. Summer shorts, a t-shirt, and happily wrapped in a scarf. :3

jack and jazz are off to the left having an epic snowball fight and maddie was like 'hey danny lets sit this one out ok honey' but that worked about as well as you would think... about 2.5 seconds after this picture danny joins in with gusto

(sidenote: danny can pass his hair off as hat fluff as a little kid bc his hair is just that fluffy/messy uwu)

I just thought of little space-au Danny before the meteor running around in a little homemade L'rua mask because he wants to explore space and play tricks on mean alien monster things

unfortunately, danny is too young to understand concepts like ‘stealth’ and ‘grace’, let alone stalking after dangerous, full-grown creatures. but he IS old enough to fingerpaint on white tree bark with fruit he finds from the field out back, and to stomp around like a goon after shrubgreets (and get really messy while doing it)

…yes, im sure one day he will grow up to be a fine warrior
