Hey sonic artists, I need your help!

hi there, I'm still a beginner at Sonic art style and I wanted to make an OC, but I feel like it's missing a few things.

This is Howlite; he was supposed to be a leopard seal, he has a workshop where he makes things out of glass (accessories, sculptures, lampwork etc.) also uses a cane for support to his legs and he has a sassy personality.

I had to draw on a Picrew base to assemble his clothes.

Could you guys give me some criticism or help with his design? I'm kind of insecure about the choices I made with this design.

SO. This drawing took like ehat, 7 hours and 22 minutes i think??? It's one of the first pieces of art I've ever finished so, Kinda proud of it honestly, what I wasn't expecting was for Ninomiya to come out THIS PRETTY. I honestly thought that i would Just Never finish it but i Locked in HARD.
