Soffermarsi a pensare che, chi prova a ferirti in realtà non ti causa alcuna emozione, mi devasta. Io non ero questa.

Alright, first attempt at a mobile post with pics. Fingers crossed this actually posts (and only once!)
The night after last I had an upset stomach immediately following dinner that persisted all night long. Thankfully, I have an incredible partner who took every erp shift so I only had to get up to pump thus maximizing my sleep. So glad I felt better by the morning.
I took yesterday off from squats due to feeling run down and spent all day savoring cuddles. It was a great way to spend the day ♥️. While I know I should let her learn to fall asleep on her own, I'm selfishly taking every opportunity to hold her while I can before going back to work in four days.
This morning I woke up and multitasked feeding her a bottle while pumping (8oz! My most in one session yet!). I was quite impressed with myself since I have to lean forward to not spill milk and balanced her on my knee holding her up with my hands.
I then went on to tackle squats. I forgot how much I hate them with a passion. I'm awful at them and they kill me so it's a wonderful combination. By the time I finished my set and moved onto yoga my legs were now broken yet bebe was crying in the nursery so I had to face the stairs and navigate walking down them with babe in arms. Thankfully, the more I get back into fitness the less sore I'll be and I'll only improve in time.
I stuck erp in the mamaroo (swing) and continued to finish yoga but she was still fussy by the end. By this point it's 11:30am and I'm starving so I throw on the carrier, strap her to my chest and proceed to make breakfast. Thankfully, she settled down and I was able to keep her content while feeding myself. Unfortunately, between having her on my chest and my legs no longer functioning I was quite a sight trying to bend down to do anything.
We're now both happily fed and ready to enjoy the rest of the day!
