Those posts that are like "reblog if you agree that (good thing) is (good)" or the inverse with "reblog if you agree that (bad thing) is (bad)" piss me off so much because its such bottom of the barrel engagement bait yet if I refuse to engage with the engagement bait I will immediately start thinking shit like "oh so you DON'T agree that (good thing/bad thing) is (good/bad)?????? Man you SUCK"

Dear Whoever is Knocking on my door at midnight,

Please stop knocking and hiding when I check who’s on my door step. I may be super fucking scared but don’t underestimate my ptsd because I carry some unusual weapons. Like hammers or bats or knives, or just booby trapping the front door so you fall on your face with a loud crash. Fight or flight, I’ll stab a bitch in my house if you aren’t welcome.

On a much less, aggressive side. The knockings really gotta stop because I’m triggered as all fucking get out. And the more you terrorize me and my dog, it won’t end well for you. Either my dog mauls you or you sustain a head injury/internal bleeding and I accept another couple decades of intensive treatment for this horribile prank.

Does anyone else wake up everyday feeling like you are about to receive bad news so you go about your day fully prepared for that bad news to drop or is that just me? Or do you spend your entire day thinking something is going to happen to you, like illness or accidents or something? Like “tonight’s the night” doomsday vibes? Catastrophic thoughts everyday? Fight or flight or freeze or all of the above? There is this constant cloud of tension in my life. Always hanging over me. Alot of it has to do with being terrified of getting sick. I am hyper aware of every physical feeling but now I am hyper aware of every noise in my home since we’ve had some issues over the years. And lately my excessive worrying or thinking the worst or having that intuition has been correct and that’s scaring me even more. Better be ready for everything I guess.
