~ A little Kaname Tosen headcanon ~

According to the Can't Fear Your Own World novel which Kubo supervised, the Seireitei Bulletin was a one page publication printed off a wooden block like the Edo period publication, until Tosen became captain.

He adopted printing methods from the world of the living which makes me think that he was a soul who lived in the modern world and came to soul society after dying. He retained his memories and experiences, using them to modernize printing and publications in the soul society. (Well, seireitei mainly. According to the novel, the rukongai receives copies of the Bulletin on special occasion only.)

Or maybe he simply is a WOTL guru, saw it once while deployed there and thought how much easier paper printing produces journals and announcements.

On another noter, I think Tosen must have asked Mayuri and the departement of research to develop printers for him and provide them with ink. And I think Mayuri was very happy with the development.

let's talk about bleach light novels

what is your favorite Bleach light novels?

I have three favorites (in no particular order):

1. CFYOW – I love how it highlights other characters, especially MY BOI SHUHEI. The lore about Soul Society and the Soul King is just nryrtnhkrnekgnkergke

2. Beginning of the Revive of Tomorrow – I LOVE IZURU KIRA with my whole heart. I just enjoy seeing him in action and the fact that he killed Shaz with no bankai and while being in that condition???? My man didn't come to play. Also, Nayura is such a cutiepie, if possible I’d really like to see more of her.

3. We Do Knot Always Love You – RenRuki. Period. The soft moments and their interactions with their friends/family (especially Rukia with Byakuya and Orihime) are everything. I also love the part where Renji pushed Ichigo to confess to Orihime. And of course, the wedding itself — Rukia and Renji were truly lucky to have each other.
