The Horror POV won the poll, but since the cameo contest came in second I've decided to do that too. It'll be a later thing to give everyone time to join in. But here are the rules and guide lines.
Submissions will be accepted till the end of 1/12/25. All Submissions need to tag this blog on tumblr and have the #SSBCameoContest
Character requirements: I need their race/subspecies, name, height, morals, goals, likes/dislikes, a brief physical description plus at least a sketch of them, and any notable backstory. (note- your character is allowed to be an asshole, but not the villain, this is a one-shot cameo so they won't be having an overarching plot in the story)
Humans: If your character is human they can have or not have magic. Mages exist in my world, they however are quite rare. Monsters have only been on the surface for a decade, so your character would have to been taught in that time frame by a monster. However in my world Mages live for a very long time so if you want your character to have been an ancient mage in hiding, or taught by one, that's also acceptable, just know that likely won't come into play much in the story. If your character has magic please explain/give and example of what their magic would manifest as
Monsters: For monsters, it's pretty much limited by your imagination. I would like to say they must be strictly non-human. So no vampires or werewolves. The only monsters here are the ones that turn to dust when they die. They also need to be able to walk and live on land. I'm also putting the height cape at 10ft. Also please give a description of how their magic manifests.
Bitties: In my world bitties are made by a machine crafted by Bitty Corp. starting 9 years ago. They are made from the shattered remains of monsters from alternate timelines/universes. They are made as mature individuals. The subspecies of bitties currently being produced are bittybones, cats, dogs, birds, and snakes (note- bittybone lamias are considered an anomaly). Current Aus that are being pulled from are: Undertale, Underfell, Underswap, Swapfell Purple, Horrortale. Any Aus outside of that would be considered anomalies. Current known/unknown anomalies are Dreamtale, Errortale, ____tale, Dreamswap, Fellswap Gold. You're welcome to pick from any of those as well as any other AU you can think of (though a description of the AU may need to be provided if I don't know it). If your bitty is an anomaly, meaning it is outside of the known subspecies or AUs you'll need a story of how they escaped the quality control at the factory, either by blending in with a known type, breaking out, being saved/taken by a worker, or by some other means. You could also choose for your character to be a born bitty, though with bitties only existing for only 9 years I'd say they mature at double the rate of humans so the highest maturity level you can get for a born bitty is the equivalent of 18 years. Bitties can be between 3-12 inches, though the average would be 4-6 inches.
Any characters that meet the requirements will be reblogged on this blog. The winning character will make a single cameo in a future chapter. The creator will be credited for their character, and I will not use their character further without permission. The only prize for winning is the Cameo.
