Those who don't know him would observe a strong playful nuisance / former street rat vibe with a makeover due to the company he now keeps. Despite his now finer lifestyle and clothing he's adapting too he's still at heart a scrappy, animated, mischievous survivor. His joy in silly hats, white chocolate, sweets, dancing, miming, and never sitting still makes him immediately memorable. His love for music and singing earned him the nickname 'Sindorei Canary' as he will randomly sing-song his way through life and most situations. He’s described as both 'adorable and kind' and 'sticky fingered and obnoxious' which tracks well for someone who survives by charm and deceit. Depending on who meets him, he’s either a lovable pest or a menace. Rather than a fighter, he frustrates opponents, slipping away like smoke and excels in burst speed to get away. He doesn't actually have a mean bone in his body despite all he's been through he's more a lover than a fighter by far. He will go to any length to protect those less fortunate like him including animals considered unsavory and fellow varmints.

Profession: Vocalist for Fangbreaker, the vampyric themed band founded by Dorian of Ashes of Alar. Not really a profession but he is often seen parked outside the Tenacious Tapestries singing or performing little street shows in Silvermoon just to make people laugh. Thus his current nickname. Hobbies:

Singing and songwriting (he often ties memories to songs)

Caring for stray or injured animals

Collecting hats

Journaling and sketching in his magical soulbound tome

Exploring hidden or enchanted places within the Dawnseeker Spire or wherever he find them in the city.

Causing harmless mischief among friends

Residence: The Dawnseeker Summer Spire at the North Sanctum in Silvermoon shared by the Ashes of Alar guild. Birthplace: The Barrens (born in a caravan that was later massacred by centaur raiders) Colors and Vibe: Faolan is often dressed in reds, blacks and golden orange colors. He also likes darker teals that go well with silver or blood red. He often wears jackets in casual attire and in concert attire both. His concert attire is more gothic Victorian vampire meets glam which he always wears a thick eyeliner around his eyes for a show. But when he's not performing he likes attire he can run and move in. He has a love for the Tauren themes/vibe after being raised by them so he loves tans, turquoise, reds and oranges and sometimes even blues. He has a passion for totem spirits or animals/critters seen as varmints. Especially coyotes, his strongest vibe of all as a fellow trickster. He moves like a spark that's never quite settled, always restless, theatrical and unapologetically present in every moment. Mischief clings to him as naturally as breath, carried in exaggerated gestures, playful grins, giggles and a voice that drifts easily between teasing laughter to an unexpected song. He can feel chaotic but never cruel, irritating to some but magnetic to others. He's the sort of elf who sprawls across steps he doesn't belong on and somehow convinces people he does. Whether he's pestering friends, trying on someone else's hat or stealing the spotlight with dramatic flair, he lives loudly in any moment. He's impossible to ignore and strangely hard to resent even for those who despise his personality.

Animal Friend: Known for rescuing and rehabilitating small animals and would often steal medical supplies to help them as he has a soft spot for “pests.”

✨// little update on Ianthe's spectre

✨// okay so as it can be seen, nothing about her appearance changed. I'm talking only about her spectres type, name and even powers explanation for this is under the cut (a little bit of character analysis)

As I have noticed in the comic, RnF tend to drift apart from biblical creatures when naming the spectres and I'm not sure that is a stylistic choice or if there is another explanation for this (it might as well be just me noticing things out of the blue haha :)) )

Anyway we see Morella's spectre that's clearly a guardian angel but is deemed as guardian spirit. However the type says "Daughter of Raphael". Who was Raphael? Well Wikipedia says:

Raphael is an archangel first mentioned in the Book of Tobit and in 1 Enoch, both estimated to date from between the 3rd and 2nd century BCE. In later Jewish tradition, he became identified as one of the three heavenly visitors entertained by Abraham at the Oak of Mamre.

When used in the latter sense it is translated as "angel".

The Catholic Church accordingly links Raphael with Michael and Gabriel as saints whose intercession can be sought through prayer.

The same thing for Montresor (spectre's type: "Son of Belial"):

Belial is a term occurring in the Hebrew Bible/Old Testament which later became personified as the devil in Christian texts of the New Testament. Alternate spellings include Baalial, Balial, Belhor, Beliall, Beliar, Berial, Bylyl and Beliya'al. Early usage of Belial referred to "wickedness" or "worthlessness", occurring several times in the Old Testament. Later, in the Dead Sea Scrolls (c. 300 BCE), Belial was personified as a demon.

So Morella is an angel and Montresor is a demon. Ianthe is a fallen angel but what other name for "fallen angel" is out there?

"Morningstar"

"Morning star" is used to refer to the fallen angel Lucifer, though not always directly. In the Bible, the phrase "morning star" (or "Day Star, son of the dawn") in Isaiah 14:12 is traditionally interpreted as a reference to Satan after his fall from heaven. The name "Lucifer" itself is derived from Latin, meaning "light-bringer" or "morning star," and is associated with this angelic figure and his former brilliance before his rebellion.

Like how Ianthe was perceived by her fiancé before (the angelic woman who knew all about the subject he wanted to be recognized for) and after (hysteric, disobedient, only a tool).

The act of "falling" or "rebelling" is not only about the way she died but also about their relationship. She was dragged down (prevented from evolving and achieving) by someone she trusted.

And the "Morningstar" fits pretty well to her personality and former life: her passions for astronomy astrology, and knowledge in general. The type of knowledge that noblewomen of the beginning of 20th century in south-eastern Europe were not expected to pursue. So...

which is a subtle reference to her nationality (Greek)

The other reference formerly used - "Titaness" was replaced with "Daughter of Azazel" as in Morella's and Montresor's spectres. Who was Azazel?

Azazel came to be viewed as a fallen angel responsible for introducing humans to forbidden knowledge, as described in the Book of Enoch.

Like dont misheard me. Hes great love him, hes literally my all time favorite comic book character BUT there can be more (and there's other characters like that too)

So here's some ideas to update him

Look

Tattoos. As an artist (and kinda cause hes Russian) he would or at least shoukd have tattoos. Hes lost so much and I feel he would want something that it permanent and personal. Ie a tattoo he has designed fir those close to him. Maybe in the form of a sleeve or on the back

New hairstyle. Hes definitely still rocking the debut style, but it is the 21st century and 2026 now. Hed have a new style (same for Illyana too). Its not part of his motif, so they can change it up a bit. Like similar but give him a taper fade or something

Costume is wack. The Xforce post Krakoa was great. Full body but style fitting his red ensemble. Just minus the mask. Or the marvel heroes costume (just with the sides cut, the weired oblique windows were just phenomenal)

Power and Potential

Look his metal is great but we definitely need an update on what he can and can't do and what he possibly could do in the future

We know his nearly invulnerable to all attacks minus, still unsure cause it was not established in the mainline continuity, adimantuim. We know Vibranium makes him revert back to human form, so its a possible disruption in frequency that his form gives off that vibranium over takes. Unsure. Magic has been established hes nearly invulnerable against to a point, it could be reality warping is his downfall but base magic is probably easily withstood.

He does not require sleep, food, to breathe while in this form. So anything depicting him needing that is literally ignoring the base continuity.

He can withstand extreme temperatures. This can eb and flow depending on what is defined as extreme temperature but usually the more minor points, ie volcano is the minimum for hot and idk Iceman's ice is the minimum for cold

Strength is definitely ever growing. I love how in comics the strength is something that is ever changing. Like back in the day, cars were the limit and now its grown to crushing worlds. Colossus is the same. His strength has grown, but i feel its definitely stagnanted recently...which brings me into the potential in his powers

POTENTIAL. Start with strength. Listen, you're telling me he has not really upped the bar, but Juggernaut and all them have? Telling me, Ben Grimm can beat him? First off that doesn't make sense, second we gotta do something. Piotr is older, he should have a higher strength category. Ok checking. Piotr is listed at lifting 100 tons, which is quite a lot. I just think we dont know how to quantify that visually for him

Retaining and exerting energy. Hes shown to possibly emit energy, back in the day, when changing forms. So a potential is that he somehow learns to retain and expels that energy as a defense or attack

Another one is malleability. Softening to changing his form at will. At the same time, partial transformation. Something that can be beneficial

Magic. Both of his siblings have magic in some form. But hes just over here nothing- doesn't make sense so a form of magic. I was thinking he'd fall along with Earth magic cause he loves farming or drawn spells. He cant speak it but he he can draw sigils, simple to complicated. Not saying hes powerful but its an extra layer to him

Avatar. Hes been the avatar to like 4 different being. Shadow king, Phoenix, Juggernaut, Cyttorak - can do another. I was thinking more Russian based like along the lines of what the Egyptian myths do, he now houses the entity. Not gonna lie I see Perun (Перун) being his. The "good" and the war is what would draw them together

Anyway, this what I think could be possibilites and everything that could happen or not.
