just a light touch-up of my old art from 2023

I wasn't completely satisfied with Sugarstripes' design, so is time for a bit of a touch-up.

This time, I tried to make her "build-a-bear" more prominent and tried to mix another favorite toy of mine; beanie boos^^ as much as I love the simplistic bead eyed stuffed animals; beanie boos have a certain charm to them. And I have an affinity for the TY brand in general. (+a teacher once told me that their eyes remind them of my artstyle :3)

As for the candy dispenser traits; I just watered it down to a simple button press mechanic because I figured it'd be easier to work around rather than an entire turn dial sticking out of her chest.

As for her tail's appearance, it annoyed me with how stupid and pathetic she looked, so she had to get a touch-up as well. But, aside from making her much bigger, I swapped the buttons for a smaller set of "bead" eyes to match the aesthetic better. I guess her name is "Beanie" now?

Anyhow; It's a minor touch-up; nothing much else has changed. I still might fiddle with her design from time to time, but for now, I'm satisfied with this outcome for now. :3

Random Intro art revamp!

Nothing big, just thought the "cover" art of this blog could use a little touch up. :3

Here's a lil comparison. [Hint; they were all a bit off size and centi didn't look right.]

Centi's still not at the height I want her to be at, but I can always retweak it later on.

This is just a lil warm up before I try to get a few pages of the next arc/chapter of RIC out.

I drew MLP Princess Bubblegum and Marceline around a year ago. I liked the Bubblegum, but the Marceline just seemed wrong. I went back to it today and touched up Changeling Marceline. Now I actually like it enough to post, figured I may as well do it here. Might actually be something I scan and digitally redraw later, idk. The Bubblegum seems wrong now, may touch her up later.

No one compare yourself to an instagram/paparazzi photo or even video images, no matter how seemingly candid it appears, there have been filters applied to smooth out imperfections or outright proportion adjustments to emphasize face/body.. None of it is real. I've had friends who admitted to being exhausted by how time consuming it is to perfect a single photo, that they lost interest in taking any. I think it is unwise to make these faux pas's bc Rihanna only just gave birth to her 3rd newborn in September, so her body may still be normalizing + waking at ungodly hours to tend to a baby's needs—not exactly the best time period to expect great selfies.. And apparently Bey's dealing with the fallout of Jay-Z being dragged thru the mud as a possible visitor of Epstein Island; I don't care if she kicks him to the curb, that man is bound to her for life bc what GOD united, let no man put asunder.
