VEGAN CHOCOLATE BALL featuring @cocovamy 🍫🍫🍫 I’ve had visions of this chocolate ball dessert for the past few weeks, so when Cocova gave me their chocolate buttons for my birthday, I was really excited to see if I could try making one. I’ve never done it before but have watched YouTube videos on it. I didn’t have a chocolate ball mould so I used the half sphere moulds and then joined them together instead. 😁 Inside the chocolate ball, I put: ~ apple bread ~ chocolate ice cream made with @organiculesuperfoods cacao powder ~ cranberries ~ pistachios . Cocova is actually a all-natural cocoa drink in the form of cocoa buttons but I loved the idea that I could make vegan desserts out of them. The buttons are made from cocoa powder, cocoa butter and raw cane sugar.💚 I was also testing out the caramel sauce which needed to be heated up so it could melt the chocolate sphere. I added a few drops of @mu.soysauce (gula melaka) to the caramel sauce to give it some depth of flavour.
