New Quirk Name: Speed Force

This Emitter type Quirk allows the user to make aerodynamic, skin tight barrier around their body. This barrier works to influence the effects of inertia, friction, and acceleration on the user's body. In effect, it can let the user move at high speeds. The user can control at how fast they move, going anywhere between their top running speed and faster then the human eye can even perceive. This can let the user start, stop, and move on a dime, giving them a surprising amount of control. This barrier works to protect the user from their own speed. The user can extend this effect to others via contact and can choose to protect them as well, though this hard to maintain. This gives the user an immensely powerful Quirk, able to overwhelm others with the sheer speed the Quirk offers. They can fight foes at high speeds, maneuver allies around the battlefield, rapidly weave around enemy attacks, save people right before disaster, or just go as fast as they want. Though using the Quirk at higher speeds and damage in general will put a lot of stress on the barrier, potentially causing it to pop and robbing the user of their speed and protection. The barrier makes it difficult for the user to influence the area around them at higher speeds, lessening any damage done to the targets of their Quirk or ability to interact with other objects.

There seems to be a surprising amount of confusion in the fandom about this today, so I have to assume it was worded unclearly and I just didn't clock it, but:

They never said that Captain Celebrity outranked Star, just that he's one of America's top 10 heroes. She's super amazing but she can't actually hold all ten spots herself!

Genuinely hope this helps clear things up for anyone confused or annoyed.

But that's not the case here in the polish version. He says "otrzymywałeś pensję w naturze" which means "you were getting paid in nature". Which, idk about english, but in polish it like, exclusively means sex. CC my man you have a wife and a kid.
