So, they lack continuity, they do not pay attention to details. Here, this attention to detail, to particulars, no longer exists or is very rare to find in movies.
Another attitude in movies that really bothers me is when people talk on the phone. You see, normal people talking on the phone, even if I have to tell you something very urgent, I say "hello, it's me" and then I say "okay, I'm hanging up." Instead, pay attention to it, in movies maybe they say hello at the beginning, or "Hi" at the beginning, then they put down without saying goodbye, even people who are friends, family members, they put down the phone without saying goodbye, they finish the sentence boom and hang up, something you would never do.
