Alright.Monday-Friday breakfasts, lunches and snacks done. I cook supper each night. Breakfasts: 1 hard boiled egg 1/2 cup Steel cut oats with 1/4 cup strawberries & 1 tsp honey and 1/8 cup almond milk. . Lunches are: Monday- 4oz grilled chicken breast, 2 cups grilled veg (Brussels sprouts, asparagus, chayote squash, eggplant) and 1/2 cup sweet potato . Tuesday-4oz grilled chicken breast, 1/2 cup sweet potato, 2 cups broccoli . Wed & thurs- chicken lettuce wraps with lime wedges Friday-served @ training. .
