I tried my hand at my own personal rendition of an STPD flag.
While the others are alright, I never really felt they captured how I felt and struggled often to recognize them.
This is just how I would make it, and it's a first draft that I may return to later.
The colors are greys with a blue tint. It's supposed to feel disconnected, but not totally grey. Sort of a connection to those early mornings where you are alone and things seem uncertain and distant. Those are usually the times my beliefs and symbols become the clearest.
Symbols.. well the symbol in the center is......something. I like symbols on flags and I wanted this one to be personal so it began in my mind as a sort of tower, or staircase, and then an eye or perhaps sun.
It kind of looks like a funny bird too, if funny birds speak to you I guess it works for you as well.
The vagueness in it's shape I think could represent how odd us and our beliefs may seem to others. Things that have no meaning in reality, but through a special eye are something special. That's what I wanted to try and capture in this flag.
I hope you enjoy, anyone with STPD is welcome to use and modify. Just tag me if you make something cool with it!
