I genuinely think "human connection is a NEED you cant live without" is a complete lie and propaganda. I dont care if im disordered and that makes me the weird one or whatever but theres no way that's true.
Great resource I found and wanting to share here. The author (u/lurktronic)explains that it was created to give their therapist an overview of the schizoid personality organization without them needing to read a whole book about it. Naturally, the worksheet is somewhat tailored to their case and therapist.

It drives me crazy that I can’t get anything done when there are any people in a 50 mile radius of me (hyperbole) like I wish I existed in some monastery in the mountains where I never spoke to anybody, never had to worry about being needed for something, never suffered through an interaction etc etc etc
Like I’m so productive when I’m utterly alone it’s insane. People just existing in the same house as me kills that productivity instantly. K.O, game over, no hope
Clawing at my walls bruh I just want to do what I have to do and I can’t because my brain won’t let me do anything meaningful when there are people nearby. It’s like some awful reverse Minecraft curse “can’t sleep there are monsters nearby” but instead it’s “can’t work there are people nearby” like what. What went so wrong that I can’t do anything as long as there are human beings in a remotely close vicinity
Ridiculous
"If you post that, then this person might be upset by it!" Okay? Why should I care? I don't like that person, nor do I feel obliged to pretend that I do. That person's managed to consistently annoy me, so I'm rescinding my limited kindness.
Maybe they shouldn't have been so annoying if they can't handle the consequences.

* I have not read this book; I intend to read it in the future, at which point I will post a chapter-by-chapter summary!
im so fucking jealous of people who can actually form long lasting and deep connections other than fleeting ones that develop through a screen. i either feel nothing at all or everything at once, and if i do feel something, its bound to fade away eventually. all i can think about is my own pleasure and my own benefit, never the consequences or the actual impact. my body is like a wild, brainless animal thats mindlessly searching for new stimulus and excitement, with no regard for anything else
✦ Apoidpathy
Apoidpathy
A term for people with SZPD who dislike (to the point of discomfort) creating new relationships with others, as they feel that making new relationships are not worth it nor desireable with people they don't consider important.
