I totally get the sentiment, “why can’t Win and Team have sex in their room and in their bed for once?” BUT I think the directors are deliberately separating the locations of physical intimacy and the emotional intimacy. It’s not until their relationship develops and they acknowledge what they both want that we will see the manifestation of the physical and emotional IN the same room.

I think what's destroyed me this episode is the fact that from where Pisaeng turned the ball until now it has all been a dream. Their first time, the years spent together, they won't be the same, they won't be there, they won't exist anymore. That simple happiness is forever gone, unreachable and I think the crystal ball worked this time because Pisaeng would throw it all away just on the chance of Kawi being ok but what comes next? Is it really worth the cost? Will Pisaeng sacrifice it all because of his mistaken sense of guilt?

And what's even worse is this… If you asked Kawi? He would have chosen this all a hundred times and more

Reading MXTX! Anyone want commentary?

So... I'm reading SVSSS for the first time. (It's got me feral, thanks for asking.) I'm making a shitload of notes, so I actually take it in and remember it, and also to keep on top of the plot, characters, etc. Because it's me, I'm also collecting quotes from it specifically to make notes on for future fic writing purposes. And, because it's me, those notes are either sarcastic, full of rage, or me going absolutely feral.

My question is... would anyone be interested if I posted my notes/commentary/observations/screaming here? Because although life has me in a writing slump, I have A Lot To Say about what I'm reading.

When I finish SVSSS, I'll be reading TGCF for the first time, and after that, I'll be reading MDZS for the second time, but as if it's the first time - because the first time I read it in a fugue state over the course of two days, which means I promptly forgot 98% of it - and I'll be taking extensive notes about both of those, too. Which I will also happily post, if anyone's interested.

I don't believe Win is Jealous of Pharm

See that face. It's not jealous. He enjoys seeing Team and Pharm's friendship. Win's a caring brother, he's pleased to see the same type of caring behavior from Team. He is also happy to be able to report to His bestie, that Pharm is feeling better.

Also the sandwich thing? An excuse to get him to eat breakfast together! If there's no opening for Win to take, he'll make an opening.

Win is a tad possessive but that seems to be the norm. Look how Dean reacted to Pharm taking a picture with his very straight brother. He suddenly showed up at the dorm.

Riding in the car. He just wants to spend as much time with him as possible. An additional bonus if he can tease Team in the process. He is a sadist. He loves to put Team on the spot, loves to see him embarrassed.

Personally just not seeing where Win is jealous. 💜🌸🎶

While watching, I must say what @lutawolf said about “Win is not jealous of Team and his friendships. He’s possessive of the time in which he has with Team” really became more obvious to me this episode.

Looking at his expression, he’s clearly not jealous that they’re there or that they’re friends with Team, he just simply wants this time with Team and for it to belong to him alone, so he devises a way to send them off and possess Team’s time for himself.

Even that minute head nod maybe it’s not a nod but it felt like one to me when Team says he’ll drive them back just really shows (to me) that he’s not jealous of Team’s other interpersonal relationships. Would he want the time to be just for the two of them? Given how he keeps looking at Team in this whole scene, undoubtedly yes but he gets it - he knows at this moment this time is not his with Team because Team wants to drive them, he agrees with it.

He expressly says himself Team can go hang out with his friends. If Team wants to hang out with friends then he gets that, he gets that it’s not his time, he’d be considerate about Team’s wishes. He’s not jealous of that friendship.

He wants what’s best for Team but also wants the time he does have with Team - the time he can have with Team - to belong to him (when it’s his).

I know that a lot of people are concerned about this show. I get it. The beginning intro shows Jae Won alone and sirens in the distance, while reaching out to the empty sand next to him. However, I'm actually wondering if this has to do with his brother. He briefly mentions him to Ji Hyun and then says, "never mind." Guess we'll see.
