I don’t like Stobin, one of them is a lesbian and the other one is a dude. I don’t care if it’s platonic or Queerplatonic because it’s just another ways for the fans to ship them without feeling guilty about shipping a man with a lesbian. If it was accepted, the fandom would outright ship Stobin as romantic.

I personally love Stobin's friendship (except for the whole dingus nickname) but I get what you're saying 100%. There's definitely people who ship them romantically and it's an icky feeling. I think I've seen it on Tumblr, actually.

Even if Robin were straight, I don't think they'd be a good match anyway. But I'm sure there's people who secretly ship them as a romantic pairing and that's just...not cool in my opinion.
