The Bad Batch and their Control Chips.
So there has been a lot of talk online on wheather or not the Bad Batch have their chips activated or not and here are my thoughts.
So I can see this going two ways.
One, because of their “skills” the Kaminoans would have seen this as an advantage and they’re now an elite killing squad for rogue Jedi not executed in order 66.
Two, because the Kaminoans saw them as “defective” the chips were not placed inside them at all because the people of Kamino didn’t think they’d be good.
It’s a 50/50 for me.
I hope it’s the last one and they don’t have their chips at all.
In regards to Echo, I think that his got removed when he was captured. I believe that the Saperatists saw that the trooper had a brain chip inside of him and either took it out to study in hopes that it contained valuable information on it. Or they took it out as a precaution before hooking him up to their computer systems. Either way I’m convinced he doesn’t have his chip anymore. Plus even if this wasn’t the case don’t you think he’d read up on Fives file and believe him because they were that close. So, I like to think that he no longer has his at all.
That’s just my opinion.
Plus if that new Star Wars series they’re making really is about The Bad Batch, I don’t think Disney would make a show about a bunch of troopers hunting down Jedi, so I’m guessing they’re chips are removed or not placed in their heads at all.
I read someone on Twitter mention how cool it would be if the new Star Wars series was about all the elite clone squads. Like Delta Squad, the Bad Batch, etc. I’d give credit but I don’t remember who mentioned it, my apologies.
Let me know your opinions!
Here’s a question: Would the mind control chips have worked on Entrapta?
Did this for a digital art class assignment. Apparently I like hurting myself. Ouch.
