Gluten-Free Peanut Butter Cookie Cakes!
I baked another food thing! I was looking at cute Dr. Robotnik cookies on the internet and that made want to bake cookies, so I did!
The recipe is pretty simple, just don't forget to mix in the brown sugar with the white sugar like I did. 😅
Also, the recipe says to bake them for 5-7 minutes, but I suppose due to my much thicker "cookie cake" approach that wasn't enough, it took more like 20-30 minutes using muffin tins/pans to get them stop being gooey inside.
Also my electric mixer motor started burning out so I had to stop using it in the middle of creaming the peanut butter and sugar. :( I haven't even this thing that long, I'm sad that it broke on me....
