I've been wanting to see stuff about Finn and DB, but I really don't want to sit through a lot of CSI (because a lot of it is filler anyway right?). Are there some key episodes with them you would recommend?
Sure! I’m not sure i remember every episode of Finn-DB relationship but i’ll write down some.

S12E01 73 Seconds (First appearance of DB)
S12E04 Maid Man (not a Finn-DB ep but I think about DB’s “shoot me in the face” line every goddamn day)
S12E14 Seeing Red (First appearance of Finn. one of my fav ep)
S12E15 Stealing Home(also my personal fav)
S14E01 The Devil and D.B. Russell
S14E10 Girls Gone Wild (and-)
S14E19 The Fallen (these barely has Finn-DB relationship but character focused episodes. personal fav.)
Season 15 focuses heavily on Russell& Finn's past in Seattle- Gig Harbor Killer. basically almost every episode implies Gig Harbor Killer case.
