fucking hell, this made me think of an au where like. grian just become a watcher and before he is tasked to oversee the death game his friends are in/before he flees to hermitcraft or whatever, he is tasked to practice watching over some other deathgamey world. however the domain he is send to happens to already house a young, somewhat mad with power god who just so happens to enjoy making 100 people go through deathly challenges for his entertainment
