When you wish upon a star...

I've been keeping this in reserve for a while so I decided to post it now finally.

Tried a lineless art style here with the Gentleman.

'And then you'll be sitting by the campfire eating delicious hot schmoes!'

'They're called S'mores, you metallic imbecile...'

If I had a nickel for every time I hyper-fixated on characters from Cartoon Network, I had two nickels, which isn't a lot but it's not surprising why it happened twice.

'Through the torn cloak they coukd clearly see the face of the Gentleman glaring at them, focused and enraged.'

Made this as a stress reliever, LOVE how I did the composition here.

'You better watch yourself.'

The rougue knew he could not best the Gentleman, but his threat left him with the knowledge that an aristocrat like him has no place here. Still the Gentleman remained stoic however.

Early in the evening, the train stopped. The Gentleman allowed his cape to blow in the natural wind in the mountains behind him as he waited for the train to undergo maintenance.

im going to make a few little posts on samjack storyboard artists but just for fun i want to talk abt like when i say that a person or multiple persons had drawn jack in a particular manner, i do not mean that they had very literally animated that frame. bc samjack was animated by south korean artists,i believe this is still a common practice today in television animation in the states but i know very little further details. but this is a rly fun example of what i mean, the old boards as they were done twenty six years ago were scratchy thumbnail sketches, compared to the on-model an even animated boards which are done digitally today. but sometimes an artist's personal style can rly shine thru so i hope to be able to elaborate on that part of their art

honestly i had uploaded a lot, but not all, of the special features on archive.org some years ago u can just watch the collection if ur interested, im particularly partial to the origami promo which was not available on dvd i had found it by chance but its adorable. anyways. i just like to talk. ok bye <3

Made a little something for Pride month with my OC Javi- He's gay! He's holding the Achilean flag.

Also I referenced official artwork from Nikke Goddess of Victory and put him in a version of Gentleman's clothes because why not.

im so predictable. watching samurai jack again and this guy, The Gentleman from that bounty hunter episode--well, let's just say I liked him for very obvious reasons. ✨🫣 (ghesties will understand)
