Sam
Sam is the only one who doesn't try to find a solution. He gets that sometimes you get a shit roll of the dice and he won't push you to go to a better doctor or use magic or anything, he'll just be there whenever you need him, which is really all you could ask for.
He can tell when you're trying to hide it and push through so no one worries. You volunteer for research more, a chance to sit down without anyone trying to find out why. You'll ask him to hand you a book, even when it's at your eye level on the shelf, so you don't have to get up.
He gets that you don't want to say anything about it, so he's just bringing you some painkillers and a heat/ice pack, pressing a gentle kiss to your temple.
"Let me know if you need anything, honey"
Dean
Dean gets a little pissed the first time you stumble and can't get back up, those fucking werewolves got you and you didn't say anything, dammit. But no, you tell him that sometimes it just happens, it's normal, and he's a little confused.
"What about a doctor? If you did something-"
"I've been to plenty of doctors, baby. They all say the same"
"Well then I'll find you a better one! Someone's gotta be able to fix this"
You laugh a little, its sweet how much he cares, and how pig-headedly stubborn he can be sometimes.
Once he finally accepts that there's no cheatsheet for this one, he's your adorable little slave.
"You want a drink?"
"Y'hungry, baby?"
"Need a rub down?" Followed by a wink no creature in existence would be able to call innocent.
You get carried places on many occasions, that is non-negotiable.
Castiel
Cas is such a sweetheart, he tries to heal you. You have to explain to him that it's normal for you, just a part of who you are and he still gives it his best shot because if you're in pain, he should be able to heal it. That's what he's there for, that's the reason he's useful. But even after physically straining himself, his Grace has no effect on you. He's so precious, he's more upset about the whole situation than you are.
"But you shouldn't be in pain. Even if it's a part of you, you don't deserve it"
He actually gets adorably fed up that he can't heal you, so, he does everything else he can. He's always zapping to the kitchen to get you a glass of water or your favourite chips at the store twenty miles away, it does not matter to him, you're not getting up and possibly hurting yourself further, not on his watch.
Crowley
Crowley's his usual nonchalant self when you first mention it.
"Well that's a shame dear. Hand me that dagger, would you?"
Though inside, he's plotting, scheming, seeing if he can somehow rope his mother into helping him with a spell for you. Though he'd never once mention who it's for or why.
He'd send very small mini-legions of demons out to find something that might help you, using the entire force of Hell to fix you. Subtly.
When you finally find out what he's been doing, you tell him that he can't just fix you.
"Excuse you, love, but need I remind you, I am the king of Hell, I can do anything I please"
"Not this Crowley, and you know that"
"What if I don't want to know that, hm? I still might find something, you don't know"
"I do"
"Know it all" He mumbles "I just- I don't like seeing you like this"
"I know" You reached your arms around him, lips brushing his ear "My King. I'm not particularly fond of it either, but it is what it is. Now, since all the demons are out, do you want to-"
You were whisked away within moments. Loving a demon sure had its perks from time to time.
i think the most important part of supernatural is sam telling “weird kids” that they’re not freaks and evil because he knows what it feels like to not belong, to have people look at you with fear, to have people call you a monster and he’ll do anything to make sure no one else goes through what he did because what you are doesn’t define you, only your actions do
