Buon lunedì a tutti 🤗 Questa per me sarà una settimana molto intensa sia dal punto di vista lavorativo che personale 😌 forse il vero ricomincio generale sarà in questo mese di ottobre 🍁🍂 Voi avete già ripreso tutte le attività? 🙄 Stasera tornerò in palestra dopo 2 mesi di pausa e sicuramente si sentirà 🙌 😏 poi tanti impegni lavorativi e non ma di quest'ultimi più piacevoli magari ve ne parlerò più in là 😄 Ieri il nostro pranzo della domenica l'ho preparato con i croxetti artigianali di semola di grano duro🌽 regalati da Laura💖 Pare che le famiglie nobili del Medioevo ordinassero ai loro cuochi di realizzare un tipo di pasta che riportasse il proprio stemma, con lo scopo di ricordare ai commensali l'importanza della loro famiglia. Le incisioni erano solitamente differenti sulle due parti. Il nome deriva dall'immagine stilizzata di una piccola croce, una crocetta (cruxetta) con la quale veniva originariamente decorato un lato di questi medaglioni, da qui il nome. Nel levante ligure, con la parola “corzetto“ s'intende sia lo stampo di legno che la pasta così incisa. Per la ricetta ho seguito quella sulla confezione con fagiolini, patate a dadi e pesto. Ho fatto bollire i croxetti nell'acqua di cottura delle verdure e poi l'ho condita con il pesto, olio e un po' di caprino. A noi è piaciuta molto😋 una pasta davvero particolare.
