It’s been roughly a week since the end of wild life and the lifers thought hey let’s have a party to celebrate the win this time! And safe to say they didn’t expect when they returned to hermit craft to see somehow all the wildcard effects had made their way to hermitcraft. They saw a tiny doc in a jar while in the background Jevin and Joe were having a kaju sized battle, Keralis was having a fencing match with his own snail on top of his yacht, Xisuma and False were figuring out what was and wasn’t safe to eat every ten minutes, Zedaph has been stuck in a trivia battle with the robot for over half a day now, and Cub has been speeding up and slowing down randomly for the past week.
And when they found Mumbo he was randomly switching between superpowers every half hour and he explained to them all this has been happening for the past week and not even ten minutes later Joel gets a call from Lizzie saying something similar is happening over in Empire’s…eh Grian is sure it’ll be fine

The doctors of the hermits (Doc, Cub, Gem, and Zed) all have a thing where whenever a Hermit wants gender-affirming care, they all are the doctors in charge of it. Doesn't matter if it's therapy, top/bottom surgerey, medication, or just daily words saying they look good. All four of them help out anytime they can. It's for their partners! Of course they're going to use their medical degree to help them out!
And yes, they have proper degrees! They help friends of friends sometimes as well. It can be such a hassle putting everything on pause to travel between servers otherwise... This makes it much easier!
