This week is full of new foods to try to diversify my acceptable foods. 🥲

I tried Culina yogurt. It’s pretty intense of a texture. I am okay with it. I think getting the mango flavor was my mistake. Maybe I’ll try the Vanilla one next time.

It’s a good back up to the silk yogurts.

My version is better for the environment, better for health, & costs a fraction of the price! The BIG shoutout goes to #imlakeshorganics for offering their Sacha Inchi Seeds in an awesome large nontoxic glass reusable jar with metal lid. Keep up the good work OR lose me forever like bait & switch #culina who used to make the best yogurt ever, but decided to put profit before poisoning our families. Man, I miss their Pina Colada probiotic drink, but I'll pass on the newest additive: microplastics. It makes me so sad when great small businesses get greedy. We all end up paying the price for that. That said, all we can do is #dowhatwecan, change our behavior, vote with our 💸, and 🌊#VOTE🌊 to fight the existential threats we're now faced with. If you can't vote for a true eco walker, & very few have that luxury, then at least use your brain & vote for the lesser evil to buy us more time. As for #dowhatyoucan , if you'd like you can follow my IG account, which is where I try to help people do things they actually can afford to do. It's not fully dedicated to that. It really is intended for my friends & others who genuinely want to #bethechange . These are really scary times, so it's possible I may have no choice but to be more restrictive in the future, so now's a good time to find it while it's still public. If we get much more fascist, I just might have to follow my Dr. advice & just save myself. Enjoying my very last jar of #Culina now that the company has sold out the base that put them in the market, and chased the almighty dollar and joined the others who package their food in carcinogenic plastics. Oh well, at least it will save me a lot of money, and I do still have #cocoyo to help me through when I'm too sick to make my own yogurt.
