My reasoning on who might be the Bleeding
To pinpoint the Bleeding, I have a novel line of reasoning. It centers around one close-to-proven hypothesis: No investigation team consists of Bleeding members ONLY(Rule 1). The logic is simple: if a group consists only of Bleeding, they'd have way different dialogue from when opposing members exist. Namely, they at least wouldn't talk about who the bleedings are or what the Bleedings might have done in third person. I carefully watched conversations among every investigation team, and the results are surprisingly neat:
Mattias & Hirose (Matt: maybe Kumada is the bleeding?)
Kumada & Mion (Kumada accusing Mion of being bleeding)
Denden & Ogura & Youhei (Youhei: the killer's gotta be Bleeding? Ogura: Maybe the killer is not a Bleeding.)
Ruka & Ikeda(Ruka:...important when we got six bleeding.... Ikeda: ...but if you are not the bleeding...)
Sou & Maekawa Both are proven safe.
Tei & Shishi is the only team that did not feature any topic directly mentioning who the bleedings are or what they could have done. But I'm gonna take a small leap of conjecture that both aren't bleeding because they seem genuinely perplexed by what happened and were intently trying to find clues. If both are Bleeding, they should either foil the investigation(if they knew whodunit), or talk about whether someone outside their group did it, or a member of them did it discreetly, for that would mean different approach to their investigation/plan. Therefore, I'd like to treat their team as above.
Now here comes the interesting part: If we hold Rule 1 to be true, then the only scenario that mathematically works is that each Duo Team has to have exactly one person as bleeding, and the Trio Team has to have two (1+1+1+1+2=6).
Ruka is basically proven to be innocent. So Ikeda is the Bleeding in Team Ruka Ikeda. The fact that Ikeda seems genuine about not being a Bleeding suggests his induction happened in his small phase, but he didn't regress when the Bleeding Motive dropped(regressed after sabotage). That likely means he is recruited. The only person who would recruit Ikeda is Tei, so Tei is the Bleeding in Team Tei Shshi
I'm gonna take a bold guess: The note scrap bearing "storage room" doesn't belong to Hirose. Instead, he found the note on Denden(he probably really messed up Denden a bit just to make sure Denden is in his custody and wouldn't be the enforcer of the Bleeding so win or lose she will be safe). Therefore, Matthias is the Bleeding in Team Mattias Hirose.
To fit their arcs, I think Ogura is the original Bleeding who recruited Matt just so she would fulfill her promise of saving him. Hence, Denden and Ogura are the Bleeding in Team Denden Ogura Youhei.
Kumada is basically proven to be a Bleeding. Between her and Denden, she has to be the original, because if Denden is, I don't see Hirose not being in the group, and I don't see anyone other than Sou or Nishiguchi picking her. So Kumada is the original, and Denden is probably the last recruited, ergo no slot for doc.
Sums up: Tei, Ogura, Kumada originals; Ikeda, Matthias, Denden recruited. But this does not lead to whodunit, which... I still have no good inkling. Might add a culprit theory if one comes to mind.
add-on:
Mutsuko's fansong seems to implicate three things: 1. A non-bleeding member killed her. 2. The murder is consensual. 3. She collaborated with someone she's not too familiar with(I interpreted this from the first sentence of her lyrics)
I was also inspired to check outside the box a bit and found something that might prove interesting. In short, I think the culprit is Shishikura, and this happens to not collide with my bleeding theory. If proven correct, I will showcase what led me to this idea, as it might be such a glaring telltale sign that people either did not pay attention to, or forgot its existance.
I had a vision. For a heist KID decides to disguise himself as a mascot character, and then shenanigans happen. Also: Nakamori: Tsuki-chan?
*Tsuki-can puts on monocle and hat* Nakamori: KAITO TSUKI-CHAN?!
