Love me some breakfast 🍳 I could eat it for every meal if I had to. Lol 🤤#WIAT (what I ate today) 💪🏼🔥 Heres today: every morning: • keto coffee ☕️ (not pictured) @piknikaustin creamer for my coffee, added @premierprotein shake and a splash of half and half - - * sparkling water every day - * I made some tuna salad snackers. (I don’t know what to call them. lol ) John made some tuna salad w/hard boiled eggs , I sliced up some tomatoes and put a bit on each. I blend my @sportsresearch MCT oil up in my coffee first add my @premierprotein Vanilla shake topped off w/ half-and-half. - - - One of MANY @lacroixwater through my day. - - I made some more jalapeño poppers. I added the leftover beef I had to the cream cheese.
