Walks every morning to start the day off
30-40 minutes of strength training (mainly legs, glutes, hips, core & shoulders)
I don’t run long distance like I used to, due to injury. However I’m happy to say running doesn’t control my life like it used to. I am perfectly happy going for long walks or doing running intervals. Moving my body intentionally feels good and it took me a long time to get here. When I started this account I was running my body into the ground with 40-50 miles a week. Movement looks different now & I’m thankful for that.
