Although if you ask him point-blank, he'll answer as is. He doesn't like to lie to you. But he doesn't see anything wrong with reading your mind, after all, it helps him hear you... despite the distance or when you're silent.

👁️🗨️He will always love you no matter what. And you must love him in return. You're his best friend, his other half, his love. And he's not going to lose you.
I joke about and read and will write and draw mpreg Dean all the time. But if I'm being so fr, if it really happened in the canon universe (no a/b/o or non-hunter au, etc), I think he'd crash the fuck out. If aborting it doesn't work, he'd just do anything else. He's gonna be calling Rowena in her evil era and risking witchcraft damage just to get rid of it. He's gonna attempt at least one suicide. He's gonna be summoning demon Bela to find a solution. He's gonna be negotiating with any cosmic being who's even vaguely in love with him. Etc.
I just think the actual loss of bodily autonomy in that way, it'd really kill him tbh. That man loves kids with everything he has. And that's precisely why he could never intentionally have one. Esp if it's like a magical baby who'll be a target or smth.
