Day 17, DEC 11: Alternate/Side Rare Ships

YOU ALL KNOW WHAT DAY IT IS. It's MalMage prompt day!!! (for me).

This only makes sense to me because Malcolm and Davy are def not the same age in canon, but I like headcanoning them as if they were because being delusional keeps me sane.

They're best friends who are secretly in love with each other, and they're always together. I like picturing Davy as if he had always been the Mage, and Malcolm as a fully '80s child with fluffy hair.

And I love thinking that Watford held Christmas parties during their years there, but then Davy cut them off because it reminded him of the love (and friendship) he lost when Malcolm married Natasha.

I will always be forever grateful for MalMage existing and for that one @krisrix MalMage fanart that started it all for me.

Very very close to finishing Carry On and aaaaa, The Mage is just so fascinating. so unhinged and zealous. Lucy's chapters in the book are compelling.
