There’s nothing that says commitment to racing (well, except for actually doing the training that supports it), than writing races down the old school way. In case you can’t read my #chickenscratch I’m in a very brief #runningoffseason right now. #springracingseason will commence January 6. I have a benchmark #10k at #rocknrollarizona 1/17, then a long uninterrupted training block until the #clubchallenge10miler in Columbia, MD on 2/23. That race and the one following it, #burkelake12k, are “C” races to support training, but on 3/14 I will do my target race dress rehearsal at @runpacers #fourcourts4miler. Two weeks later, I go to Richmond for my actual target race, #ukropsmonumentave10k. But after that, I won’t be quite done yet. I’ll finish up with @cucb #cherryblossomtenmiler on April 5. For most of these races I will represent my primary team, @athletics_east_masters_tc but for the club challenge I will run for @dcroadrunners as in the past. My @mcmillanrunning workouts for the cycle are already plugged into my calendar. As long as winter weather doesn’t screw things up (which it will probably do at some point), this is the plan. #runblr #fitblr #masterstrackathlete #mastersroadracing #athleticseastmasterstc #dcroadrunners #mcmillanrunteam (at Fairfax, Virginia) https://www.instagram.com/p/B6TvDMnnoCP/?igshid=11u6sjixw5urk
