Monday Sweat: Morning friends.. oh gosh the struggles of getting a workout in once the kiddos are awake. I am grateful it’s done now and I’ve got the sweat to show for it. I get moms ask me all the time how I do it with my congregation running around- it takes planning, sacrifice, commitment and most especially GOD. I managed to get my first round of to-do list out of the way - 4am wakeup time, quiet time, emails, calls , study time with the girls etc before getting my workout in.
