On hot summer days, these homemade ice cream popsicles are great because they are creamy and can be made in any way you like. Everyone will love the tasty frozen treats you can make with just a few simple ingredients.
Ingredients: 2 cups heavy cream. 1 cup condensed milk. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. Assorted mix-ins e.g., chopped fruit, chocolate chips, nuts.
Instructions: Whip the heavy cream in a large bowl until stiff peaks form. Add the condensed milk and vanilla extract slowly and mix them in well. Add the mix-ins you want and stir the mixture gently to spread them out evenly. Sticks should be put into the popsicle molds, and the mixture should be frozen for at least 4 hours, or until firm. Once the popsicles are frozen, run the molds under warm water for a short time to get the popsicles out. Have fun with your ice cream popsicles!
