Ingredients: 2 packs Shirataki noodles. 200g chicken breast, thinly sliced. 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced. 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced. 1 small onion, thinly sliced. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 2 tablespoons soy sauce. 1 tablespoon oyster sauce. 1 tablespoon sesame oil. 1 tablespoon vegetable oil. Salt and pepper to taste. Sesame seeds and chopped green onions for garnish.
Instructions: Rinse the Shirataki noodles under cold water and drain well. Set aside. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken slices and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Add garlic, onion, and bell peppers to the skillet. Cook until vegetables are tender, about 3-4 minutes. Stir in the drained Shirataki noodles, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions before serving. Serve hot and enjoy!
